tape, spiders, and boxes.

i started writing this a couple weeks ago and never finished it so this is all past tense now [:

so.... i didn't go to sleep till five this morning and while i was not sleeping i was taking down all the art in my room. this took me from 1.30 in the morning till five. i have come to realize TAPE does not get less sticky people. it gets MORE sticky over time. and pins in the wall. although they leave little holes, are amazing for taking things down. [: my room is now feeling quite refreshed and ready to go for john taylor when he gets home from his mission in nearly FOUR MONTHS. but it's refreshing to have nothing on my walls and at the same time it's kinda depressing cause my walls look so bare and sad now.

watched time travelers wife last night with dj, whitni, dallin and maddy. great movie but the notebook is still ten times better. and absolutely my favorite now. not that it wasn't before i just appreciate it more now. PRESENT TENSE: being that age and getting ready to leave for college and leaving all these people behind. summer has been fairly good to me this year.

i used to be really sad to leave everyone and although i still will miss a lot of people, i'm ready to leave. just recently i decided. it's getting clsoer to the point that i'm looking for boxes to put all my stuff in and looking for school supplies and counting down the days i'll be in town before i leave. 23 days now. i'm scared horribly. but i'm still really excited finally.

went to a baseball game on monday, karma got a box suite first base line. it was great. we just hung out and were loud and annoying. but it really was awesome, it was the salt lake bees playing the sky soxs. dj and sam were there and it was just way sweet. oh! on the way to utah mikay lost her phone out the window on the freeway. HAHAHA! it bounces off the back side window and then gets run over by a semi and we were laughing until mikay realized she was in trouuuuuble. then she started crying and i called my mum and let her know. BUT by the time we got home, she had one waiting for her from my father!! how ridiculous!

i've started packing up my room as well. it's interesting to do because i didn't think i'd need a whole lot of boxes and stuff but i kinda do. and since i have a million pieces of clothing, it all didn't fit in a big suitcase. just my long sleeves and winter stuff and some things i know i won't wear by the time i leave. so my room is under contrustion as of now and it's a total mess but it's definitely getting there.

um... last night i went to amys house and played nightgames, which totally rocked until several individuals showed up and OH MY GOSH!!! talked the whole time but i loved being sneaky and running around. although, i felt as if i still had bugs all over me, all night. so when i showered this morning i scrubbed very hard, and i'm still itchy. allergies.

i apologize. i absolutely LOVE blogging, i'll get on the computer to do it and then... nothing. facebook ruins my life. but here is what has been going on....

i got engaged. cough cough. dj and i had a lovely photo shoot and just became instant lovebirds. *sigh* haha credit goes to whitni. but we decided since he is to be my first husband. we might as well make it official so all my other husbands know i'm serious. [: freeman park is a great spot as is the river area by key bank. so i am engaged, or was, the road trip to salmon with the exfiance at the time went well so i dunno if the wedding is still on. DJ? answer?

OH! whitni dj and i have become a little group of sorts. one of us is almost always with one another, (dj we should make up a group name!!!) whitni can be.... the ingenious fool a.k.a. smart ass. dj.... classy bohemian. klerisa... the two weeker. but the group name i'm not quite sure... oh i dunno. i'm totally confused now. ha!

i went to orientation for college. interesting thing to do for sure. it's finally all coming to hit me in the face but it's extremely exciting and i'm stoked. i met a lot of people and this one girl, chelsea wood, asked me to be a walk on with her for volleyball. i said maybe but honestly... i'd rather play club ball or intermural, rather than for the school. my parents and i are not made out of money for things like that. i'm moving in most likely the 19th of august and i'm gonna help shuwun move in on the 22nd cause he'll be freaking out enough. school starts teh next day :/ thinking about it makes me nervous but i really am excited.

um... i thought i broke my toe the other day. i was moving the piano in my room and it ran over my big toe, the minute my hurt pinky finger starts to get better i have to go and break my toenail in half and now it's a big blood nail. wonderful.

fourth of july was great. mikay and i went to the parade and saw allie and her family. freaking most adorable pregnant woman ever. then we just hun gout till it was time to split ways with friends for teh fireworks. i love my baby sister. jake losinski dj whitni and i walked down from julies house to the food area got food and then went to this great spot op in the foothills and watched the fireworks from there. they were easy to see amazingly enough as well as the rest of the fireworks going off in idaho falls at the same time even though you couldn't hear the explosions. shuwun and megan joined us after i ME MYSELF gave them directions [:

um.... amanda johnson is spending the night. i love little sisters. also love talking to patrick this early in the morning. oh the fellow insomniac. so great.

it's three in ze morning so i am going to go pass out on my bed. the past month has been great everyone. just letitng you know. OH! just letting everyone now... i'm writing a book. i wrote it sophomore year but never finished it. now i'm editing it A LOT and rewriting it and continuing on with it until i can call it a novel. [: woohoo!!!

so i got home today from a little raod trip with whitni to salt lake for a free modest mouse concert. one word: amazing. outcomes?: whitni has bruised feet, we lost nick cause i had his phone after he went crowd surfing, pat saved my life several times, pat his nail marks from me digging them into his hand as we left the concert, whitni almost passed out in the mosh pit, i punched a guy, i pushed a girl out of my way who was twice my size without realizing how huge she was (i'm blaming adrenaline), i have a sinus infection that is worse now because of the smoke, melissa and i almost died in the mosh pit, got on the wrong train to go to midvale, almost missed the LAST train for the evening, i was only half covered in my own sweat, the other half was other people's sweat, can hardly walk or move but last night was AMAZING. free concerts are great. i didn't even know there were 30,000 people in the park because i was in like the "4th row" if you can call it that getting trampled on and loving the music. oh! all thee "IFians" somehow telepathically met up at mcdonalds a couple blocks away after the concert and it was a reunion and was great. pat, me, melissa, maggie, lukas, sam, whitni, dj, cortnee, dylan, and a few other people showed it. fantastic IFians.

but whit and i actually got up before noon today and drove downtown, visited temple square then went to the gateway mall and waited for the guys to meet up with us from sam's grandparents house. they even were nice enough to go find my car by temple square and out more money in the meter so we could stay longer [: great gentlemen. so whit and i got new stuff from urban outfitters. totally great deal. a jacket for ten bucks. woo!!! whitni picked it out and it is just great. dj decided him and nick needed hipster outfits as well and they found those without our help. (dj is on the left, nick on the right) they're pretty thuggin. so whit and i decided it was time to leave and eat. then we went and miraculously found hires big h burger place and eat amazing food and then headed out. on the way home i killed a bird. who knew going 15 miles per hour down the freeway would cause a bird to hit the windshield and make that loud of a noise. i closed my eyes though so i dunno exactly how it happened. and then we got stuck in traffic for about 45 minutes of 5 miles per hour or slower.

got home. fell to the ground and just didn't move for a while. i am exhausted but being then insomniac i am i will not be sleeping for a while. dj nick dallin whitni and amy just stopped by to bring me ice cream so now i won't be sleeping for even longer. not that any of this information is useful whatsoever but it had to be said. OH! joann made me a beanie on the way here! i love it!! so kudos to aunt joann. it's great. [:
