admittance

I have to admit.... I stole this idea of changing my blog by THIS gal. I'm utterly spent on originality, but honestly, her blog is great and I couldn't help it.

don't judge me.

ANYWAY...

The other day Corey took me to the Zac Brown Band concert that was in Boise at the Taco Bell Arena on campus... needless to say, IT WAS AMAZING!!! We didn't wait in line, we weren't stuck in the rain outside, and we didn't have horrible seats! We walked in, went to the floor, and got front row seats even though about 70 people were already lined up for the show. I don't know how we did it, maybe it was my charismatic personality or Corey's good looks but we were literally FRONT. ROW. I was leaning against the fence and Corey was right behind me. I haven't been to many concerts, okay I've been to one and let's be honest Kellie Pickler isn't all that amazing live but Zac Brown Band??? Flawless. Seriously. They are so much better live and I had to time of my life with the most important person in my life. I'd put up pictures but I haven't downloaded them so maybe later I'll post some.

Secondly, we went to the movie 'Warrior' the other day. Again, AMAZING. Yes, I think Corey now realizes that I am serious when I say I go see all movies. But still, that movie has got to be one of the best movies I've seen in a while. Harry Potter had more hype and I was super excited for it but really... Warrior is a phenomenal movie, I cried several times which I do NOT do at movies and I was actually holding my breath at times and I think I may have even been digging my fingers into Corey's arm but he didn't say anything so maybe not. If you have no clue what movie I'm talking about go here. It really was quite the movie!!! I wish I was in shape like that, haha maybe that'll be my new motivation to get into shape, not have a crazy UFC fighter's body, that's gross. But to get back into to shape in general, eat better and what not.

NEXT, is this weekend that I'm excited and nervous for at the same time. I'm going home!!!! And I'm not going alone, no, Corey James is coming with me and he is going to meet my crazy insane family. My mother's birthday is on friday and John Taylor and Natalie are taking my mom out to eat at Red Lobster in Poky for her birthday since my dad refuses to go there and he will be working well... Corey and I are going to meet them there and surprise her. Not only will it be the five of us but also joining us with be the little hellion herself, MiKayla as well as my Aunt Kris and Grandma Monson. SHE HAS NO IDEA!! Don't worry though, I just talked to her on Facebook and she won't read this blog post by then, and if she does she better act super excited to see us anyways! Also, I decided that ever since I surprised Corey in California... I LOVE surprising people. I love seeing their faces of utter shock and not being able to understand what is going on... Or with how it will be with my mother, uncontainable excitement.

I don't think I have anything else to say really... I'm almost wishing it was fall already. I love sweaters and jackets and the changing colors. But I am still enjoying the sunshine!! YAY! Happy legitimate first day of Fall everyone!!!

1,2,3,4 cnt'd.

Okay so.... I slacked or should I say got distracted. Again. It's now midnight almost and I've been home for a couple hours and have just been doing absolutely nothing. I even had my blog open and... NOTHING! So now that I'm just hanging out in bed listening to the drunk adolescents outside I decided now was the best time to post since I won't be going to bed anytime soon because of the screaming people outside.

So let's start with moving to Boise, I got here the 15th of August with my amazing mother and got a year's worth of belongings all moved in, in thirty minutes, with the help of my amazing love, Corey James. Thank goodness because after about the third trip up the stairs I couldn't feel my arms (yes, I am a wimp) and Corey was like superman lifting two to three times as much stuff as I was each trip. Did I mention he's amazing? Okay, good [: A while later he had to run back to campus for more leadership training and it was up to my mother and I to get things together which ended up being me outside playing volleyball with friends that were already in Boise and my mom moving things in my room. And NO, I didn't make her do it, she literally pushed me out of the room to hang out with people. I promise. I can't complain much about anything, okay I actually could but I won't. I love that I'm close to campus and friends and not too far away from any place I may need to go.

I'm gonna skip #2 on the list in my previous list... It usually tends to take up a lot of space to talk about so I'll go along to my new job!!! I am the new host at Cheesecake Factory and I absolutely love it so far. I love being able to interact with so many different people in one day and be able to make them happy. And to be honest, being a hostess is probably the easiest job ever. Make sure the tables are current in the computer so we know where to sit people, make sure there are menus at the front desk, and keep the bathrooms clean. Easy peasy lemon squeasy! Other than that seriously.... I love my job so far. YAY!

Last but certainly not least at all.... Corey. I tell him all the time, "my blog is gonna be all about you tonight," and he just laughs. Thank goodness he doesn't mind how weird I am. Seriously, I'm glad he loves me for the person I really am. I can be a total freak in front of him and he just calls me a dork and laughs. No problem. But just throwing it out there... He's a goob too. Which just makes me love him more. Who wants to be with a negative ned or serious sam. NOT ME!!! So, before I talk about what #3 was actually about I have to add, Corey's birthday was on the 31st of last night and it was great. [: We went out to eat with all his friends at Olive Garden, traumatized the waiters, I face planted in to parking lot going inside because I was wearing heels and then I gave him a nerf gun and some iPod things that he's been looking for. All in all, a very good day. [: So anyways, on to last night I was planning on working till about eleven or midnight so we were both kinda bummed since we literally haven't been with each other on any special day whatsoever. LAME. But I got off work early which both of us were extremely surprised about but it was a very nice surprise. So we walked downtown to the movies and went and saw Our Idiot Brother. I LOVED IT. It was hilarious and I definitely recommend it everyone, only thing is the F word, if ya don't like it, don't go see it. :/ Other than that, it's great. Afterwards we were walking back through downtown and can I just say, I most definitely enjoy being around him. I don't need to be doing anything, walking down the street holding his hand and talking to him is absolutely the best thing ever. On the way back to my apartment we talked about how we actually started talking to each other which for the record was yes, over facebook. And yes, it was about baseball, go figure, he was a cute baseball player okay!? He still is!! We talked about how our relationship progress from flirting over facebook, to opening up about life over facebook, texting, and in person, into an extremely functional relationship where we love each other unconditionally. I would honestly do anything for this man. I would and you wanna know why?             I love him.
