Cheers 2011, Welcome 2012.

Now here's to my last post about 2011 and first post of 2012!!!!

RECAP
JANUARY wasn't too exciting. OH but wait... It was. John Taylor came home
off his mission on the 5th! It just feels like so long ago.
Also commemorated the passing of my other older brother
Skylar Alan Johnson.
Never shall he be forgotten.

FEBRUARY decided to show up without me really knowing. A lot of class,
TONS of volleyball, and a little card game named Squarrels ruled
my night and day. I learned a lot about honesty and life and when
to do things for my benefit rather than others.

In came MARCH as it literally marched into my life.
My brother met the love of his life and was engaged two days later.
Yes, that's right. Two days later. But I've learned that...
When you know, you know.

With the rain showers of APRIL I met a very interesting individual.
His name is Corey, and he has taken hold of my life. I wrote:
"he is my knight in shining armor. ready and willing to slay dragons for me"
Although I hardly knew him then, he really has turned into my knight.

MAY jumped right in with my birthday and one of the best one's at that.
Got to know Corey and started dating him on May 7th.
Had to leave Boise and go home.
Also had double foot surgery on my feet in the 17th and that
started my summer.

A wedding rang in JUNE, Natalie and John Taylor got married
in the Rexburg temple and were sealed for time and all eternity.
I learned the true meaning of absence makes the hard grow fonder,
and on the 10th realized I was most definitely in love.

JULY started with the usual and most amazing fourth of july.
One of my favorite holidays by far, got to spend time
with friends and see other friends that I hadn't seen in over a year.

AUGUST turned into my month or secrecy.
I spent two weeks plotting with Corey's mom to fly to California
and surprise him well... It worked.
He told me he loved me and I said it too. [:
Later that month school started for everyone and I started my job search!

SEPTEMBER began with a lot of promise and good luck.
I got my job at Cheesecake Factory!
Corey took me to Zac Brown Band and it was AWESOME!
We've been together for 1/4 of a year. Also Corey and I
drove to Idaho Falls to surprise my mom for her birthday. It worked.
And I learned that I love surprising people.

I loved OCTOBER and being able to wear jackets and sweater again.
I started drawing again and spending more time doing the things I love.
Also got ready to apply to CWI and look more into their
Surgical Technology Program.
Also... Halloween was fun with Dances, costumes and pumpkin carving.

NOVEMBER really started out rough with a trip to the E.R.
at six in the morning because of abdominal pain.
Six months with Corey- realized I wanted to spend the rest of my life with him.
Thanksgiving was with friends this year and it was absolutely amazing.

DECEMBER flew by rather quickly even though I didn't think it would.
Corey's family flew me out for a few days before the Christmas week.
Amazing trip then back to Boise to work and then HOME for Christmas.
Got to see Heidi, Terek and Trapper.
And meet Little Thatcher. [:

2011 was pretty amazing, I have a feeling 2012 will be too.
