Nice to see you too February!

Hello February, it's amazing to think how fast this whole month has gone by, as well as January. At first I thought I'd only be talking about Valentine's Day but now I realize I have more to talk about.

Firstly... Corey coming back from California after Christmas Break. YES.... I was at the airport about 45 minutes early. I COULDN'T WAIT!!!!!!!! And I didn't want there to be any chance that I wasn't there when he touched down in Boise. It's funny how anxious I get, really, like so many butterflies in my stomach I almost feel sick and my heart is just flaying. Well... as I said, I got there about 45 minutes early and I LOVE people watching and if you think there is no love on this earth I think a trip to the airport gates are in store for you. Seeing loved ones reconnect and embrace each other or perhaps cry because they are so overwhelmed with love is just amazing. At one point while waiting for Corey I saw a younger girl about my age, maybe younger, waiting for someone and as soon as a young man walked out she ran up to the gate to wait for him to walk through and they kissed and embraced and I almost felt bad for being in the same airport as them because I felt like I was a part of an extremely precious moment. At first I thought... this is awkward, they're like 17 and all over each other but hey, I guess they don't mind PDA. I thought I wouldn't do that, I'd walk up to Corey give a hug and a kiss and then we'd continue on to the baggage claim. Well, that wasn't the case. As soon as I saw him I got up as fast as I could, smiling from ear to ear, and waited for him just as the previous girl for her love. I hugged and kissed him and no longer felt the need to hide my affection for him. I couldn't stop smiling and I refused to let him let me go. It's true. BUT he was home and I was a happy girl.
Secondly, school.... NOT a whole lot to say about that butttt, I'm now going to CWI and although it can be challenging I really do love it. I like having something to do with my day other than just going to work and coming home and waiting for everyone to be done with class and homework. So... It's good!!

Now... VALENTINE'S DAY!! It was wonderful. I got home from school early thanks to a girl in my Human Anatomy class so I had plenty of time to actually get ready for my double date. Corey's friend Dave and his girlfriend Miranda joined us and it was a blast. Corey surprised me with a dozen red roses which most people think is extremely cliche BUT they are my favorite of all flowers so who cares!!!! Also a cute little puppy and my favorite candy... He spoils me. And then I surprised him with a gift of my own. A deck of cards with something I love about him. 52 reasons why I love him. Then we went out to go ice skating which turned into going out to eat instead. YUM! Cracker Barrel.... nobody was there and the food was fantastic! Then we went and watched The Vow, I only ALMOST cried three times. It makes me think of if I ever forgot my life for just the past year and a half... I would be completely different. I've learned so much about the person I am and I've learned so many important life lessons I'd be back to square one, right out of high school and just beginning college. I'd have a lot to learn but I know that if Corey was there with me I'd fall right back into love with him. [: No doubt about it.
